We carefully prepare and package each order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. As many of our items are thoughtfully handcrafted, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order is placed.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada and USA. For other international shipping inquiries, please contact us at contact@valrinevernon.com.

 

Order Tracking
To keep shipping costs as accessible as possible, most orders are shipped without tracking. This allows us to offer more affordable shipping options within Canada and to the United States.

If you would prefer tracked shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will be happy to provide a quote for an upgraded shipping option.

 

Delays
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
