Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@valrinevernon.com with your order details. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Handcrafted & Curated Items
Our pillow covers are thoughtfully handcrafted, and slight variations in texture, tone, and finish are part of their unique character. These natural variations are not considered defects.
For curated vintage items, signs of age and wear may be present and contribute to their one-of-a-kind appeal. All vintage items are final sale.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
